Belly Dancing
Belly Dance focus' on balancing through dance. This invigorating all level classoffers a chance to stretch, tone and strengthen your body and spirit, using the tools of Belly Dance, yoga and QiGong.
These classes will help you to gain confidence, self knowledge, core balance and coordination.
These classes run every Friday from 7:00pm - 8:30pm. Only £4 per session.
