Keep fit and active at 40+ with this specially designed class for the slightly older exerciser.

Belly Dancing
Belly Dance focuses on balancing through dance. This invigorating all level class offers a chance to stretch, tone and strengthen your body and spirit, using the tools of Belly Dance, Yoga and QiGong.
