What
should I expect?
We hope that you settle in well to your
new class. At the start of the class the Liz
will introduce you to the other members.
At
the beginning and throughout the class, your
teacher will explain the different movements
to you. They will show you alternatives to the
exercises to make sure you can always join in.
It's
really important that you work at your own pace
- there is no rush! So take your time and only
do what feels comfortable. It will take you
only a few weeks to get used to the movements
and feel the benefits.
You
will have given you a 'Safe to Exercise' form
to complete.
This
ensures Liz knows you are exercising safely,
especially if you have any medical conditions.
