Thursday 1.30-2.30pm ~ Active exercise Tranquility
Thursdays 11.30am for frail & disabled - specialised seated social session
Fridays 11.30am for dementia & frail - specialised seated social session
~ Free class at Foxby Hill for frail elderly people
