About Therapy ~ in simple terms
To be really listened to and understood without feeling judged,
to be accepted with whatever issues you may bring and have a safe,
private space to air your innermost thoughts and feelings, is very
precious.
To know that what you say is private and confidential, ( as long as
there is no intent to seriously harm yourself or others ) and to be
able to work through what are sometimes very difficult issues towards
a happier and more fulfilled sense of self.
'Time Out' therapy focuses on warmth and relational depth in the counselling
process, and adheres closely to BACP's Ethical Framework for good
practice.
